Immunization certificate for children

Hi Doctor, I would like to know , how to get a immunization certificate for a baby of 1.5 years age, verified, signed and sealed by a doctor for Singapore dependent visa purposes. Can any pediatrician can do this after verifying the documents. My child was taken vaccines at govt hospital where it seems they are not doing this,  please help is any doctor can verify and certify it . Thank you!

You can approach any nearby pediatrician. They can verify from government vaccine card and give you immunization certificate.

You need to get vaccinated for the pending vaccines and doctor may help in feeling the form and give you the sign and stamp. However the brand of vaccines demanded for Singapore embassy are totally different then given our at Govt centres
