Hi Dr vinay, Thanks for advice, I am scared as this my 3rd surgery on right ear only, After every 7 year gap this is 3rd surgery now, like this I don't know how many will happen in future , This is safe to life or there may get any life threatening factors are there??

Usually there won't be any life threatening complications after such a condition or even after third surgery. This condition will be chronic and persistent. Surgery is the only option where cure may be possible. None of the medications are helpful. Surgery followed by vestibular rehabilitation therapy is the only viable option.
