Mu mc get 10 days late so i take pregncy test which show faint ..after i make sonography which show mildly bulky uterus with thickened endometrium 14mm ..in left adnexa E/O 5*2.4 cms sized cyst on LT side ...no g sac ,fetal poles ,yolk sac,cardiac activity
