I was going to allopathic docs continuosly, untill the medicines are on im okay, after i stop taking medicines my situation get worse again.

See OCD does have chronic fluctuating course..So yes you require to take meds for longer period of time..Also kindly don't self medicate and self discontinue...Also go for therapy option for your symptoms..It might help your doctor to reduce the dosage of your medicine as it's an evidence based treatment other than meds..ok
