Says somebody from opposite house taking his photo even though none does so. Tried to explain nothing like that. But he doesn't accept it. Always stares at the window . What to do? False illusion.. Keeps scolding and quarrel with them.

For illusion ,eyes are not responsible but it is the brain responsible for such illusion. Please consult a psychiatrist or a psychologist.
