Hi , My mom is suffering from ILD NSIP.Allopathic treatment is going on but there is not much relief in her symptoms (severe dry cough and breath shortness). Want to know if there is a hope in homeopathy? What is the approach? Thanks

Get 2nd opinion. Do regular lung function monitoring.  Only then it will be clear if drugs working or no. Ilds are progressive disease and some can be even worse than cancer,so be very careful about the treatment part
