Is it safe to take ifiral spray for runny nose? Or any mast cell stabilizer you can suggest please??

There are many options like levocetrixine,fexofenadine,bepostatine or belastine. If it is long term try belastine and for short term ,levocetrizine is good.with steam inhalation and avoidance if cold ,dust and fumes. Better to avoid ifiral it can cause irritation and burning.
