Identified that having blood pressure

2020-08-21 14:44:12
Good Evening I am 52 Yr old(Male). Since 4 days I am feeling hot, headache and feverish but thermometer shows normal temperature. Today I consulted a doctor. He identified that I have Blood pressure(so far it is not noticed and no medicine is used) and he gave me prolomet XL 25 tablets and asked me to take 1 tablet per day. Are the above symptoms may be due to BP? Please clarify because I am worrying a lot. With regards

How much is your bp reading? Drink plenty of fluids, restrict salt in your diet avoid stress and tensions, do minimal excercise.. if you don't have any other symptoms follow all these and wait for one week then go check your Bp once agian.. if it's not normal then you may have to take medicines..
