Ideal time for C-section

My wife is 35W+ pregnant. A Usg Doppler was done (attached) around at 32W+ . She is Beta Thal (Minor) and also having ICP. Her SGPT & SGOT levels are as high as 180 as of today. Her Gyn-Ob advised 2nd Usg Doppler, which is due tomorrow. Keeping the previous report (which says there is mild irregularity in fetal pulse and of Grade III placenta) and my wife's Cholestasis in the hindsight, what would be ideal time to go for the C-section?

She happens to have cholestasis in pregnancy with query macrosomia and polyhydramnios probably due to deranged sugars Has she been tested for sugars and also she needs a sugar profile done too She would be expected to have delivery soon before her due date and should not continue beyond 37 weeks Also related to her liver enzymes she needs to be started on hepatic diet and a tablet udiliv after consultation with a gastroenterologist to rule out viral infections Meanwhile the baby needs to be monitored and if at anytime it seems to be affected you have to take a call Baby being preterm might need neonatologist assistance and nicu admission for observation and needful
