My sincere advice to you  ,don't go LCL ,it is not good option & icl has no long term track record, just ask doctor to reduce power in high myopic eye(-11d)by LASIK or Smile& don't go for refractive surgery in other eye & use glasses in both eyes .All that glitters is not gold. Hi you need a detailed check up..it will be best to wait for another 6 months and then check the power again..what is the vision in both the eyes?
