I was in mania, now i feel depression

Hi, it is started in March 2016. i was feeling changes in my nature. i was feeling i have special power in me. i was feeling i am the god. full of energy, full of confidence. i can do anything. those period i drink heavily too. then suddenly in january 2017 i felt down with back pain (nash chadna) it took me 2 months to recover. in that period i was just lying on bed. after that i feel just opposite in my mood and nature. all depression symptoms. till now i am suffering for the same. help
