I can see your sonography report? If you are expecting stone it will be clearly written. Abdomen pain can be due to many reasons. If there are renal stones size 5mm and bigger then they need to be removed by surgery/lithotripsy. Smaller stones can be treated by medicine and homeopathy. If there is stone in gall bladder then there is no other option than surgery irrespective of the size.
