M under great depression that I can't fulfill my things becoz of health issue in my mind. M taking medication regular wasulin r 3 time and glargine lantus one time

There are better insulin alaogues that can give you smoother control with less risk of hypoglycemia. Also a detailed history and review of lab reports would be needed to diagnose the type of Diabetes. It seems you have been diagnosed as Type 1 DM and hence put on MDI.
