Hello, doc i have been feeling some uncomfortable under the groin area and i feel some sensitivity within testis area..i dont know what exactly is it..but when i searched on google it shows some same symptoms of hydrocele and testicular cancer. I m scared very much now. Please guide me and help me.

Actually hydroele will cause swelling in sctotum fur to fluid accumulation... u will also get fever... consult general surgeon if u get any swelling in groin area... otherwise no problem
