I've been having redness in my right eye

The redness has been there for a few days now ,maybe around a week or something and the pain has been increasing ever since. At first i thought that it's because of the cold but now the problem is increasing over the time. And water is just flowing out without my knowledge. Would like some briefing about my problem.

this could be due to conjuntivitis or dry eye.please share a close-up pic of your eyes with detailed history about discharge watering redness pain itching swelling and /or blurring of vision.
