I took azithromycin at 12:40 and threw up around 1:40 when I threw up I threw up barley anything I didn't see any pills. Do you think it's still effective

Hello.well it might it might not have been absorbed.  Do not worry about it...Just continue the medications as indicated...You need not have to repeat the dose..Hope you get my point...Make sure that you have food well...Thank you
