I took birth control for the first time yesterday around 11 pm, then I had unprotected sex at 12 am and took a Plan B pill right away, then had sex again at 6 am and took the pill again, it is a Levonorgestrel 1.5 mg pill, should I be worriend? What is going to happen to me?

You did not need to take another pill for at least 3 days. You will get some bleeding after 3-10 days. Don't take any medicine now and avoid unprotected sex. And wait for withdrawal bleeding
