Iv been feeling breathless on and off for up to 1 year. Thought it was some medications that I'm now off and At the weekend I went out dancing with my son. After 5 minutes I was totally exhausted. I'm not sleeping well at all and have a constant restlessness and anxiousness.? I have palpitations and fast resting heart rate between 90-115
