I think it is eczema
I have dry skin patches and red inflammation on elbow and other parts of the body. i live in unites states and i need some medication for it. I think it might have caused due to bed bug bites

There are hundreds skin diseases and they all present with a rash. It needs detailed history and full physical examination to make a diagnosis.
