I think I have Broken Hear disease.

I've been recently having sudden chest pains, that usually last from 2-5 seconds multiple times a day. I have read research online and I'm no doctor but my symptoms lead to what doctors call Broken Heart, no loved one has died recently, however, I believe that my chest pains have been caused by lack of love, I feel it. Please help.
