I had unprotected sex with a girl and now have small red spots under my foreskin and they are beginning to get itchy and am really scared that i may have an sti please help

Instead of sitting and brooding over it, why dont you undergo a battery of STDs tests panel and consultation for the purpose of diagnosis and treatment.
