Dear sir past 4 years I taking treatment for low sperm count but still i having low sperm count... last time I consult one doctor and he prescription HCG injection for low sperm count and testosteron... Now I take sperm test ... report showing loigoasthenozoospermia now I'm depressed 😭 😭 please give me good treatment suggestions for improvement my sperm count
