I suffer from loss of appetite, nausea

I suffer from loss of apetite, nausea feeling since last year plus m having low iron stores in my body, i am done with all my tests, they are coming almost negative. My ferritin level is 13.5. My doc. Suggested me taking raciper L empty stomach plus iron supplements
