You can also take help from a psychiatrist who could help you with handling your anxiety and also prescribe you the necessary medications. Some methods which could help you are:
- Avoid oily,greasy, fried and junk food. Eat a well balanced and healthy diet.
- You should try and distract yourself from thoughts about nausea and vomiting.
- Try to get your blood flowing a bit by walking or a light jog. It can be hard when you're feeling nauseated to get yourself moving, but if you can walk you'll find that some of your stress disappears and your stomach calms down slightly.
- Pouring cold water over your face has shown to be helpful.
- Destress yourself with methods such as yoga, meditation, etc.
