If ipill is taken on day 1 after unprotected sex, how long does it protect? Am i safe for next 72 hours for unprotected sex? Or should I take another dose?

I pill is not a contraceptive and its not going to prevent pregnancy. It instead increases risk of Ectopic. Better to take combined oral contraceptive pills
