It's safe during  breastfeeding. To be used within 72 hrs Frequent use is not advisable.

Yes its safe in breast feeding,it will not effect your baby…its effective when taken before 48hrs or atleast 72hrs of unprotected intercourse…its ok to use once…but regular use is not recommended
