Findings/Impression: PA and lateral views of the chest demonstrate a subtle airspace opacity within the right lower lobe which may represent atelectasis versus early infiltrate. The left lung is clear. No obvious pleural effusion or pneumothorax is identified. The cardiomediastinal silhouette is within normal limits. There is dextroscoliotic curvature of the thoracic spine. The chest wall soft tissues are unremarkable. My PCP said this xray was ok but I'm worried
