Hi. Ativan is a short acting benzodiazapine. It is used in initial insomnia. Side effects are morning drowsiness, tiredness and it can be addictive. Libotryp is a combination of benzo and anti depressant mainly used in prophylactic treatment of headache like migraine and others. Kindly consult a psychiatrist personally before using it. They are not over the counter medications. Do not abuse. Take care
