I need to get tetanus vaccination

I am a student travelling to Portugal for my masters. As a part of university procedure I would have to get my tetanus shot before attending the course. I would need health card to prove I have taken genuine tetanus vaccination.

assuming that you have completed primary vaccination schedule  you should take booster dose every 10 year
Next Steps
if you have  already taken a booster dose in Last 10 years and you can prove it  to a doctor  he will issue  certificate otherwise you have to take a toxoid under the supervision of a doctor who will issue you a certificate
