I have pus cells +2/hpf and epithelial cells +2/lpf And gram postive bacilli in single. No any symptoms. But I need to know if I have std or what based on that results. Please help me

Just 1-2pus cells does not indicate any infection. Just relax you are not having any infection. For STD you need different tests.
