Firstly Tryptomer 10 mg is a tricyclic antidepressant group of drug which has multiple indications. The dose of 10 mg is a very minimal drug usually used to target headaches - particularly tension type headache (muscular type). It’s not the line of treatment for Migraine. It can be used as an add on in some cases of migraine.
Secondly Migraine itself is associated with range of Aura symptoms. Nausea and vomiting are commonly seen with acute episodes of migraine which resolves with subsiding of the episode.
For panic attacks tryptomer does act, but at the mentioned dose it doesn’t really curb the baseline illness if any. So that may require assessment for establishing a diagnosis, if there is any underlying anxiety disorder then treatment modality needs modification.
A detailed history to understand the appearance of anxiety symptoms is correlated with headache or are an independent coexisting entity needs evaluation.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist for the above mentioned concerns.
