I am covid + and still in isolation. Its been 7 days and i have continuous fever. The fever disappears for a few hours after having paracetamol 650. Then again i have to take paracetamol. Is there something to worry about, or is it normal. Do i have to get some tests done ?

What medications are you taking besides paracetamol? Any other symptom other than fever?
Next Steps
You should monitor your oxygen saturation level and need to get evaluated as well.

No there is nothing to worry, as low grade fever like yours is very common & is a sign of antibody formation, take rest & drink lots of water, however, the fever should not go above 102 even after taking paracetamol
