I m pregnant n need ur help

I m 23 weeks pregnant. I have done my usg yesterday n it is showing low lying baby. My baby is 0.1 cm away from internal os. I just want to know is it serious issue n what precautions should I take. Do I have any chance of premature baby birth. Is there any risk to the baby or to me.
