I m on ciplar 10 tab for anxiety symptoms for 2.5 month..since 2-3 days i did not take it still my resting means sleeping position heart beat is 65-67 ..today i consult psychiatrist for my symptoms he suggest other medicine with 10mg propranolol once a day...is it ok to take it???
