Doctor,I couldn't really control my mind.I'm under medications for various psychic illnesses.Today I watched a horror movie.Since then I ain't able to control my negative thoughts.I fear something is going to happen.I don't find any help available here right now.Fear n nightmares r very unpleasant.Guide me now please .
