I light line on pregnancy kit

Hi.. its been 14 days from my frozen embryo transfer(4th july). And my last HCG injection was on 15th july  I had home pregnancy test done just now. And i can see that there are 2 lines visible, but  the second line is light compared to the other one. Im worried now . As i have lot of clear watery discharge from 2days will my period come?   Some one plz help I have attached photo.

Its a positive test , get a betahcg test done and proceed further with pregnancy support treatment, for more details get back on a direct consultation.
