I have a small muscle swell behind my right ear. Its size is of a pinch of finger. What is it.. It doesnt pain, but if i touch roughly or press it, i get a slight pain there.. Its no a puss swelling...

You seem to be having dermoid cyst of the posterior auricular region. This is a simple benign cystic swelling which slowly enlarges in size. It does not require any treatment if not troubling you. There are no long term implications. If you are worried then simple excision of the cyst under local anesthesia can be done
