Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  For vertigo, consult a ENT specialist. For neck pain, osteophytes, cervical, lumbar, or any bone related issue consult a orthopedician in person for further evaluation and management.  On examining only a treatment can be suggested.  Best regards.
