I have uti from 10 days and my wbc is hugh and iam taking tablets from frw days iam having back pain on one side

UTI should be diagnosed when you have  symptoms of UTI and fever with urine culture being positive in most of the cases..The info you have is not clear..complete course of antibiotics and get complete evaluation to check for cause for UTI by an Urologist..Backache could be just muscular pain or something related to kidney and dont ignore
