I have dibeties and gaut since last 15 years.i have swear wheat loss in previous 2 years.my uric acid level is 8 and Diabetes level is 370.please tell me what should i have to do please tell me.

What is your weight? This level of sugar is too much high and injurious meet a doctor nearby - do self sugar monitoring before meals and do Hba1C test, you have a metabolic problem as u have gout probably u would have fatty liver also u will have to update your treatment and get a battery of tests done for metabolism essay..
