I have skin problem.. i have this type of pimples on face what should i use for instant effect???its itching too much on face

Nothing is instant everything will need time. If you need early results you ca. go for peeling sessions at dermatologists by personally meeting and consulting them. Oral medicines and topical medicines need minimum two weeks to see the results
