I have this problem more than 2-3 years. Doctors recommend surgery in nose. Is that surgery will clear all my breathing. Becoz I am able to breath my mouth only. And too they told my skull was filled with pus. What is the solution for it. How to remove pus from my head?

Hi. All sinusitis don't end up with surgery. However if an exhaustive treatment with relevant antibiotics, nasal sprays and nasal washes doesn't lead to desired outcome and CT shows findings that need surgical correction like deviated nasal septum and osteomeatal blockage then surgery may be indicated.
