My stomach is paining is from 2 days and event i went the ultrasound but i didn't get any problem in that and the doctor he gave the pain killer on that time it was okay but when came down home in evening it's again paining so i wanna any solutions for that

Drink plenty water Take Tab. Pan L 1tab od for 2 weeks Tab Drotin Ds 1tab sos if severe pain Avoid spicy food & smoking & alcohol Repeat USG whole abd if situation are same after 7days
