Hi , I am 46 years old and I have pain in all my bones sometimes I can't sit and walk even I can't lay because of it, it hurts me a lot I feel so weak and homeless because of the pain and when I am sleeping I wake up at night and sweating . Also i notes that my skin colour changed to darker please can anyone help me please !
