I have Hsv 1 genital herpes feeling anxious day by day I'm becoming so week I'm taking medicine aciclovir tablet and cream the herpes are increasing and my body is burning on my back bone there is normal temperature

Herpes intially causes burning sensation ulcers and painful ones. Continue the medication as prescribed.. you can try applying ice packs wrapped in cloth and wear loose clothes to avoid friction.
