I have got this cut and still I have not done any stiches doctor said it can be done through plastic surgery and I want to know is it necessary to get stiches and also what will be charges for plastic surgeon surgery

If you accept a Scar over that region after healing it is not necessary unless it is causing bleeding . If you donot undergo stitching the wound will heal with granulation , collagen deposition and remodeling with a scar
