Since January 2017 my periods has become irregular, some time it comes too early l.e in 15 days and this month it has been delayed beyond 30 days. upon monograph it was found that I have developed complex cyst in left ovry. What should be its treatment. I want to conceive as well.

Complex cyst could be anything ranging from endometriotic to dermoid to other things as well..Although at your age endometriosis is common..Do a serum CA125 level done and consult a gynaecologist for detailed examination and evaluation..You can try conception once you know the nature of cyst..
