And now am feeling very week ..Just like sleeping just my eyes r open my mind is sleeping I feel bored can't to ant activity any recommendations please

Mind can make you feel strong and can also make you feel weak. Control the mind through meditation.. Do mindful breathing.. It will help you meditate

I can understand. I have been through the same few years back. As far as physiotherapy is concerned, make sure you have an active posture/body language. Do a physical activity which you like doing.
