I have a dry Scull with full of dandruff. I was avoiding this problem for over 2-3 years but now I can't, it causes me heavy hair fall.

dandruff alone cannot cause hairfall. Hoever you can start using 8x shampoo 2-3 times a week initially and then reduce the frequency to once weekly when its in control.
