I have confirmed pregnancy while using antibiotics for e choli infection, is it harmful to fetus is development..and any birth diffects.i stopped the antibiotic niftas 100mg. Now 4weeks pregnancy..i have very much tension about side effects for fetus.clarrify my doubt...is it harmful or not?
